Rescue Me - Twat and Sensitivity Training scenes (S02E03-05 - Balls, Twat, and Sensitivity)
Skip to 9:13 for the sensitivity training class.
Lou calls Laura a twat, Laura files a grievance with the FDNY, and as punishment and for ass-covering purposes, the FDNY makes the whole crew take "sensitivity training."
I think these clips aged well and are possibly more relevant today, in 2021, than in 2005, when they aired with all the, shall we say, over-sensitivity and there is a good lesson to be learned: ball-busting should be equally distributed among both sexes and guys can be "twats" too.
All clips were taken from S02E03-05, the episodes entitled Balls, Twat, and Sensitivity.
Enjoy, twunts!

A video by CMC Rescue demonstrating how to effectively package a patient into the SKED® Basic Rescue System.
The top surface of the Sked stretcher allows for easy patient drag, especially in tight, confined spaces.
The Sked Stretcher is available in two systems. The Sked Basic Rescue System is outfitted with steel buckles. The steel buckles require the weaving of the straps through the buckles for secure patient packaging. A more recent version of the Sked Basic Rescue System is outfitted with Cobra buckles which enable quicker patient packaging.
For those who have the system with the original, steel buckles, Skedco now offers a complete conversion kit that includes six patented AustriAlpin Cobra™ quick release buckles. These lightweight aluminum side-release buckles are dependable and strong enough to meet the needs of securing a patient into a Sked® stretcher without the danger of breakage. The buckles are rated at 3,000 lbs. and are difficult to release while under tension. By using the Cobra buckle system, you will no longer have to weave the webbing through the buckles when packaging a patient, therefore patient packaging is often done in about half of the time as when using the original steel buckles. A patient can be fully packaged as quickly as 60 seconds. The Cobra buckle straps girth-hitch onto the Sked stretcher for quick and easy installation.

Arguably the most widely recognized team of rescue-swimmer operators, the elite United States Coast Guard Aviation Survival Technician (AST)/Helicopter Rescue Swimmer team is called upon to respond in the most extreme rescue situations. High seas, medical evacuations, downed aviators, sinking vessels, and hurricanes are some of the deadly scenarios that Coast Guard rescue swimmers are trained to handle. The Coast Guard's team of ASTs is composed of about 350 active-duty members, and only 980 members have passed the training to become Helicopter Rescue Swimmers since the mid-1980s.
AST A School in Elizabeth City, North Carolina lasts for 24 weeks, and includes intense physical fitness, long hours of pool fitness and instruction, extreme water-confidence drills, and classroom instruction. The Coast Guard rescue swimmer training program is very challenging and is one of the toughest U.S. military training courses. Reportedly, only 75–100 Coast Guard personnel attend the school each year. The attrition rate in some years has been as high as 80%, although the 10-year average is just over 54%. Prospective U.S. Coast Guard rescue swimmers are physically conditioned to meet high physical fitness standards. About half of prospective candidates make it to AST "A" School. Upon graduation, candidates must attend seven weeks of training at the Coast Guard's Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) school in Petaluma, California, where ASTs become EMT qualified. Rescue swimmers at Coast Guard Air Station Sitka,
Alaska, must maintain the EMT-Intermediate level of proficiency due to the remoteness of their operational area and the number of medical evacuations performed by that unit each year. Once stationed at a Coast Guard Air Station, apprentice ASTs must complete 6 months of qualification on their respective airframe before moving on to finish their rescue swimmer syllabus and becoming journeymen.
The Coast Guard holds a one-week Advanced Helicopter Rescue School (AHRS, formerly known as Advanced Rescue Swimmer School) at Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, Washington, which is host to Air Force pararescuemen (PJs), Navy rescue swimmers, and foreign rescue departments as well. There, students learn the challenges of vertical-surface rescue, cliff operations, sea-cave traversing, and extreme-high-seas rescue. AHRS is considered the premier helicopter-rescue training school of its kind by most military and civilian rescue operators.

I think these clips aged well and are possibly more relevant today, in 2021, than in 2005, when they aired with all the, shall we say, over-sensitivity and there is a good lesson to be learned: ball-busting should be equally distributed among both sexes and guys can be "twats" too.

God has not promised us an easy life, but He has promised to be with us through each and every trial and to comfort us. God can take what we believe to be the worst of circumstances and turn it into something great.
Isaiah 61:3 - NLT
"To all who mourn in Israel, He will give a crown of beauty for ashes, a joyous blessing instead of mourning, festive praise instead of despair. In their righteousness, they will be like great oaks that the Lord has planted for his own glory."

Unified Fire Authority is the Sponsoring Agency for Utah's elite Urban Search and Rescue team, Utah Task Force 1 (UT-TF1), one of 28 such federal teams across the nation, and for the State of Utah's SAR program.
Recently UT-TF1 hosted a Rope Rescue Technician course. This class is one of several pre-requisite classes to become a Heavy Rescue Technician within the UFA Heavy Rescue Program, (Special Operations). It is also required to become a Rescue Specialist on the Task Forces. The class was taught by UFA Heavy Rescue Specialists, whom are also members of UT-TF1.
The course was attended by 15 students from agencies including Unified Fire Authority, American Fork, Ogden, Provo, Lehi, Washington City, and West Jordan Fire.
One of the tremendous benefits of this program is this training benefits both Utah at the local level and the Nation when needed.
