The NH Department of Environmental Services has again this year agreed to do a release on the Winnipesaukee River the weekend of June 14-15.

We encourage all paddlers to participate.  The more interest there is the more likely the state will be open to future regular releases.

This will be on both the upper [class I/II] section and lower [class III] sections.  The release is scheduled to be 1000 cfs

Additionally, there will be a NESS WW race in the town of Tilton on the upper section of the river.
